We will be celebrating the arrival of 2019 with a New Year’s Eve party on the evening of the 31st of December. There will be a buffet meal with Indian and traditional Moroccan food.
There will be live music with two groups including traditional Aissawa music from Meknes.
The price is 400 dirhams for adults and 100 dirhams for children under the age of 16 years old.

Moroccan cooking courses Posted September 5, 2017
We have recently doubled the size of our kitchen and Mouna has adapted her Moroccan cooking courses in order to take advantage of the new space available (photos to follow soon).
You don’t have to be staying at the riad to book a course but if you are, we are offering a discount on the courses. The discount will depend on the number of people doing the course but we try to make them as accessible to everyone as possible.

They also regularly perform at the riad but you have to come to Meknès to see them!
The EP is a mixture of pop, funk, Moroccan and Latin percussion with lyrics in English and in French!

Fes Festival of World Sacred Music 2017 Posted March 16, 2017
This years festival takes place from the 12-20th of May and is the 23rd edition of this great festival.
Fes tends to be booked up well in advance so why not stay in Meknès and then make the short journey to Fes?
You could enjoy the laid-back atmosphere of Meknès medina before going to Fes for the evening concerts.

Association “Jamian, tout pour moi”, Meknès. Posted May 22, 2016
“Jamian Toit Pour Moi” is a non-profit organization founded in 2011. Its main mission is to help the disadvantaged and poor living mostly in rural areas.
This association crisscrosses the country, villages and douars, to identify these populations to help them with basic needs, creating nurseries, distributing books…..
Mouna runs percussion workshops for children that you can see on their Facebook page and we donate a part of the sales of our CD to the association.
