How to get here

BY AIR 

To Fez:

The low cost Atlas Blue airline from Gatwick to Fez (link); three hours
Royal  Air Maroc from Paris to Fez (link); three hours
Ryanair from Marseille to Fez (link); one and a half hours

We can arrange to collect you from Fez Airport or you can travel on the extremely good ONCF railway (first class) that is comfortable, cheap and fast to Meknes where we will collect you.

To Casablanca

Casablanca is only 2 hours drive or train journey from Meknes. It has a large international airport and train services from the airport to Meknes are frequent and reliable. A taxi to Meknes is also possible and would cost approximately 200 Euros.

Several destinations from Europe with various airlines including Royal Air Maroc and Easyjet.

To  Marrakesh

Many airlines fly to Marrakesh from all over Europe. The train to Meknes is about 5 hours giving you a wonderful chance to see rural Morocco. The trains are very comfortable and cheap.

BY COACH:

There are many coach routes from Europe to Meknes and they are best found through Google.

BY CAR:

There are ferries from southern Spain to Tangiers and other north Moroccan ports. There is a service from Marseille (Sete) to Tangiers.
The best road map is the Michelin 0724 Morocco/Maroc. This should be used in conjunction with a guide book of Morocco (link to Amazon). Meknes is located at: 30o 53’ 42” N  5o 33’17” W.
